However, the recent amendment to the Companies Act has made provision for opening a company by a One Person Company (OPC) or just one person. In order to form a company in Bangladesh, we have to apply according to some rules following the Companies Act of 1994. In the context of applying, the Registrar of Joint Stock (RJSC) registers the company after verifying the information.
